Donation return policy
In case the donation cannot be used in a manner determined by the Benefactor (completion of fundraising for a specific project at the time of receipt of the donation) and the Benefactor did not communicate his wishes (refund of the transferred amount or permission to transfer the amount to another needy beneficiary) in writing, the donation is spent for the statutory purposes of the Fund.
